[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ceiling light looks fantastic in my entry room! It takes 4 light bulbs and puts out a nice bright but diffused light. It does not hurt your eyes at all. The installation instructions were a bit lacking but we figured it out. It takes a little common sense to do it correctly. Otherwise the install was easy with two people. The glass lens and ring are too big to try to install by yourself! One thing that is not in the instructions – when installing the metal ring/glass lens, don’t fully screw in the knobs on the first two or you will not be able to attach the third. Overall this really makes our entry room look much more modern and I love the diffused light output!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently I have been wanting to change my whole living room style. Mostly to update flooring, paint and light fixtures that flow together better. I recently got this amazing and large Kichler Lytham 21 inch Brushed Nickel Ceiling Light. I thought I could do most of the installation alone but had my Dad help me. He was super impressed at the clean lines it has.The light arrived in perfect condition and was wrapped well. I love the large glass part is called Satin Etched White Glass. It looks frosted but a more modern smooth look and feel! Before we began I layed out all the pieces and carefully went over the instructions. Comparing this to a different light fixture this was all more straightforward and had familiar steps. I turned off our breaker switch and I began removing the previous fixture. After he connected the correct wires we installed the base/mounting strap. I just had to be careful with the large glass piece and it was simple to set it onto the frame. Overall the installation was easier than expected and my living room has such great lighting now. I cant believe what a difference a light fixture can make in my home!

The lighting is perfect for a area that you are trying to light. For example we have this in our breakfast nook area the lighting is perfect in that area. My family is a huge kichler fan! We recommend these products to our entire family and they have even switched to kichler products!

Even the glass is much heavier than I thought it would be...typical Kichler quality! It would go well in just about any room, whereas many fixtures are so room specific. I can see this in a den, kitchen, bedroom, family room, the options are endless. I love it! Oh, I forgot to mention the 4 lights really light up the room. This is quite a bit larger and let’s off more light with spots for 4 lightbulbs instead of the usual 3. The brushed nickel details look very modern and sleek.

I was hoping to install this fixture in my office but I soon realized that it’s so much larger than what I was expecting. The pictures I see online makes this fixture look so much smaller than the size it really is. This fixture is made very well and the way it’s constructed is very high quality. Packaged with different compartments keeping everything in place was very impressive and the instructions are very clear to understand, no problems putting it together. The satin etched white glass looks very nice against the brushed nickel finish. I highly recommend this product.

I love this. It is super bright with four 100 watt bulbs, but perfect for working in the kitchen. As I get older, I find I need more light to see well. This fixture certainly provides that brightness!
