I ordered this vanity light and 2 matching sconce lights and one of the glass covers from each package was broken. After waiting on hours on the customer service phone number i opted for a call back. The customer service rep said she would send replacement glass to be so i wouldnt have to return entire item. She said I would receive the replacement glass in about 3 business days. After I week i emailed customer service inquiring the status and the response stated that the glass is on back order and i wouldnt get it until 10/20.

I bought the floor sample for a good price. M It’s in good condition, just the right side is a little bent. Nothing noticeable to a guest, so I’m not concerned. Really made a difference in my guest bathroom and I love the look!

Looks great in the bathroom with vintage bulbs. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that the glass shades are difficult to make hang straight down with the three screw configuration.

THIS IS A NICE PRODUCT BUT IF YOU LOSE ONE SCREW THAT HOLDS A LIGHT SHADE ON: YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY A NEW LIGHT BECAUSE THERE ARE NO PARTS AVAILABLE!
