I have owned for years now and wanted to update a review. It is a fantastic grain mill that I believe looks great too. The two drawbacks I complain about is that it does not want to grind einkorn (very, very small wheat berries) and I get annoyed having to switch the auger for larger material. When grinding einkorn, it will come out like dust on your finger if it is on the finest setting. It will just keep running because it is so slow to where the motor is very hot and I shut it off to not destroy the motor. It just is too laborious to keep doing. I have tried grinding coarse and then regrinding, but it doesn't help much. So for einkorn users, this may be miserable news. I have not used any other grinder with einkorn so I can't compare how well other grinders do. I can put Kamut through it and it comes out great on the first pass. Pretty much anything else I do is good, just not the tiny einkorn. The other complaint is the auger. I am grateful I can grind larger material on the same mill with only a switch of tools, but that switch is annoying. More than once when switching we have accidentally had the keys (little metal rectangle bar) pop out and we have to search for it. I have a large family so the grinder sees a lot of constant use. It's a beast of a machine so I'm overall happy with it. But my family really, really loves einkorn, so it's either we deal with coarse ground (very dense bread) or we can only make flat bread. We aren't looking for fluffy bread, just something a little more useable than a biscuit. The last option is sifting the einkorn but if I wanted to strip out part of the wheat, I wouldn't have gotten an expensive grain mill to keep it altogether. I don't intend to purchase another grain mill just yet for the sake of einkorn but it is single-handedly the only reason I am dropping one star. My husband is one for good bread, I did not realize just how delicious bread could be when made fresh with the whole grain. Wheat in the stores is gross. If you are even remotely wanting to be healthier and actually enjoy the flavor and energy from your daily bread, this grain mill won't disappoint for fresh grind.

It is very difficult to hand crank. Plus, I wish there was a chute for the flour instead of coming out both sides of the blades. It is messy.
