Extended warranty provided with the model is incorrect and I'm being asked to pay additional amount to avail the same. This has caused huge inconvenience and mental agony in claiming the refund of original amount paid. More than a month since the invoice, still the issue is unresolved.

I bought this laptop for my mom, and within the first day it was already glitching. It took quite some time for it to start. Sometimes the screen would freeze. Overall, I would have returned it but my mom didn't care to, it's not one I'd keep personally.

I have been very dissapointed with the laptop. I replaced a 4 yr old laptop, that was made by a different company. I have been using more video conferencing, so I decided to upgrade my computing power. However, the laptop has been slower at every task. I have to wait for it to load every website, even ones I frequent. Sometimes 5 plus seconds. I might expect that if I had gotten the lowest budget machine, but this is a midlevel machine in which I upgraded the RAM and graphics.

This laptop is decent, but for the price the screen is very low quality. You have to always have it at a certain angle or everything becomes washed out. Better to invest in a different computer with a better screen. This screen seems like it is from the 80s with the grainy quality and matte glare across the entire thing.
