Open box 5 missing
Aloha I bought this for my husband he really likes it. My husband would recommend that and he really likes all the flavors, but please read below. 5 we’re missing out of the box and the box is damaged, I’m not going back to return any time soon just have to keep it with 5 missing ..

Do not buy
Totally disgusting. The taste is awful, artificial and overpowering. It also thickens the water to an almost syrupy consistency, like something meant for someone with dysphagia, not for everyday hydration. On top of that, it’s loaded with sugar and unnecessary calories. I hated it and won’t be buying it again.

If you are new to the liquid IVs they take some used to getting used to. The taste is overpowering at first but it really quenches your thirst. I hope you give it a try !

Good flavors but too much sugar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved a multipack to review. Lemon lime, passion fruit, strawberry lemonade and watermelon. The flavors are pretty tasty. My favorite of the pack was watermelon. The recommended amount of water is 16oz but I prefer to use more to dilute the sweetness. It is pretty sweet if only used in 16oz of water. I’m not a fan of stevia as it tastes aggressively sweet to me. This is sweetened with cane sugar, dextrose and stevia. It has 11g of sugar per serving. It’s hydrating with 500mg of sodium and 370mg of potassium per serving. I do wish it had some magnesium. It also contains B12 as cyanocobalamin in case you’re sensitive. Overall this is pretty good but I would not purchase it as it has too much sugar for me and contains stevia.

The taste of each of them are different because of the different flavors but they have a somewhat sweet and salty taste. You simply add it to 2 cups of water and mix it. Its quick to prepare.

You feel super hydrated after drinking them and they work great for the morning after drinking to replenish electrolytes. Also the packets are super easy to rip open, you don’t need scissors to open them so they are great for on the go. Absolutely love these and highly recommend them!

I think it’s a good price for the amount of packets you get. I drank this while on a 10 mile hike in Georgia (hot and humid) and it definitely helped me get through it. Very good for workouts and anything really physical!

More importantly though, they definitely keep me hydrated ALL day! Whether I’ve had a few too many mimosas, or wether I just want a delicious refreshment, these have been my go to. I have tried every single flavor and wasn’t disappointed by a single one. They’re super easy to carry with you on the go so I have some in my purse and my car as well! Awesome for working in the heat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work outdoors and I’ve been drinking one of these a day in the afternoon. I have zero complaints about the flavor of any of the sticks, the passionfruit and strawberry lemonade are my favorite. I’ve had liquid IV in the past and didn’t like the consistency but I didn’t notice that with these. I’m not sure if the recipe has changed or tastebuds have but these are great.
