We were in the middle of a blizzard and this item did not say until 2 days after the expected delivery date. That was a Thursday in the middle of a blizzard. When the blizzard was over went putside and did not see any packages outside. Checked with the neighbors and saw no packages. Even walked the sstreet to see if it had blown out the yard with the strong winds, but did not see any packages neither up not down the street. Target says they can not help me resolve this issue with this merchant. If we were able to reach out to the vendor then this isue may have been resolved. Right now i am out of almost $40 and no dress. Will be reporting both Target and this seller to the BBB and FTC.
