It’s a beautiful case but it started turning yellow and was easily stained with just a few days use. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I love this case!! I had one other VC case before and I used it on my phone for 7 YEARS! and it took that long for it to start wearing down and breaking apart. It had protected my phone even without a screen protector and idk how many times I’ve dropped it. I will always ALWAYS recommend VC cases for anyone who wants a stylish case with the protection you actually want! I am now a VC customer for life! (Just wish I had the money to buy multiple cases to switch things up but the one case is still beautiful and fun and it feels like ME)

I’m not gonna lie, I was only planning on buying this to use until my more expensive case came in from a brand that I order from online. However, this one feels so much more substantial! The colors are actually really pretty in person and goes perfectly with the desert titanium on my iPhone 16 Pro. Also, the checkered pattern is a mix of shiny and matte so all the squares have a different texture depending on their color which is actually nice and provides better grip. And I’m sorry if I’m late to the game y’all but I guess the name Velvet Caviar refers to the fact that there’s a velvet like texture on the inside which I feel like is also really protective for the glass back on these phones. This case has a much higher bevel around the screen than my other cases which provides better screen protection in the event of a fall. So yeah, would recommend!

I was very surprised at how much I love this case. The buttons on the side are soft to touch, but respond quickly. In the past I’ve had cases that these buttons tend to be super hard and don’t function well. Additionally this case is light, durable and overall just super pretty. The mag safe magnet is the perfect amount of grip with functionality. I will for sure be looking to come back for future case purchases.
