  • A: Yes- the Nutritional Label on the Sea Salt and the White Cheddar flavors DO state exactly what the OP is questioning, which doesn’t make sense. However, the nutritional label on the Kettle Corn flavor states Serving Size: 1 cup & approx. 5 servings in bag. Caloric value per serving is the same on all bags (which doesn’t make sense for all three either obviously). First person to reply to OP’s query didn’t bother to view or compare all three nutritional labels before responding.

  • A: Thanks for the question, popcorn labels can definitely look confusing! The bag is 4 oz by weight, but popcorn is super light and airy, so a small weight fills a huge amount of volume. That’s why each serving is listed as 2.5 cups - the FDA requires popcorn serving sizes to be measured by cups (volume) instead of ounces. So even though the bag only weighs 4 oz, it still adds up to about 10 cups of popcorn, which is completely normal for this category. Nothing was mislabeled, it’s just a funny quirk of how popcorn works!

    Very disappointed!

    I never write negative reviews but I bought the kettle corn version and it is probably the worst popcorn that I have ever had. It had a powdery taste and was not anything like kettle corn. More money wasted on a awful product. Just my opinion.

It made the texture a little weird and off putting. The flavor was good but I’m a huge texture person so I had to enjoy this in very small amounts.

    Good flavor but too pricey

The popcorn is probably expensive because of the protein but it's still quite pricey and not something worth buying often for the protein benefit.

Not much salt and it just didn’t seem like eating popcorn. I would say of you want popcorn just have normal popcorn. If you want protein have a shake or bar or chicken.

    The kettle corn flavor has this thick almost unflavored powder coating, I do like healthy things and can usually power through, this popcorn however immediately went in the trash. Simply unflavored popcorn would have been better. It was this thick powder that ruined it, I don’t know if it’s protein powder or what, but it was quite awful.
