Do you have high regard for the well-being of others while neglecting your own? Do you sacrifice your personal needs and happiness to please others? It took Tammy years of heartache and pain before she realized what she was doing to herself. She was so busy people-pleasing and having codependency on others that she did not know these things were becoming major issues in her life. The desire to be loved and accepted by others at her expense seemed like the right way to get what she was longing for. After experiencing years of internal battles with these issues, this author soon became passionate about writing her feelings and personal experiences on paper. Writing was a sense of relief and freedom. It became her outlet for releasing the pain she was experiencing in her life. Being able to express herself through writing literally saved her life, and many years later, it saved the lives of countless others. Tammy could not have imagined the impact her life story would have on others. She has written about every aspect of her unforgettable journey of life in tablets and journals. Being traumatized at a young age led her to believe that she was worthless and unlovable. However, after years of mental torment and torture, this talented author decided to create a tool for personal growth to help others find their true identity.
