Not a great option
My family normally loves oatmeal! I bought the is, thinking the added protein wood be great, but it was a big flop. The texture was awful. The flavor was fine, but not worth it at all.

Not a fan
I love the Purely Elizabeth granola (All of the flavors are fantastic) but this oatmeal is terrible, I can’t even finish my bowl. The flavor, the texture and the protein taste are just gross.

Ok but could be better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The nutrition of this protein oatmeal is exceptional. The texture of it is thicker than what I’m used to. I wish it had more of an apple taste to it. Overall it was just ok for me.

Nutritious Oatmeal!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tasted like a warm apple crumble or apple pie it's praised for being creamy and hearty. Balanced blend of sweet apples and cinnamon that is naturally sweetened with coconut sugar no artificial flavors.

Fall vibes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, obsessed. This oatmeal seriously tastes like cozy autumn mornings in a bowl — warm apples, cinnamon, and just the right amount of sweetness. It’s hearty but healthy, and it keeps me full forever with 10g of protein (hello, breakfast goals 💪). I love that it’s made with clean ingredients and no weird stuff — just wholesome goodness that actually makes you feel good. I’ve been topping mine with a drizzle of almond butter and some sliced apples, and it’s giving fall farmer’s market vibes all year long 🍂

Good source of protein in the morning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it has 10g of protein which is essential for me in the morning. It tastes good and has buckwheat which I love. Easy on the go! I would like to try other flavors as well.

Awful texture, inedible
I love Purely Elizabeth’s regular oatmeal, but this protein version has a strange texture. I couldn’t even finish one packet, it was awful.

My family and I love this brand and this flavor. I like having extra protein for the kids especially if we give them this for breakfast. I feel good about the ingredients and my kids love eating this. It's sweet enough so do not need to add anything and we usually make it with milk for extra protein.

Turns out, it's actually pretty good
Truthfully, I'm on the fence about this oatmeal. It tasted kind of "chalky" that left a film in my mouth. Maybe it's because I used almond milk and a microwave to prepare it. Maybe it would do better cooking it with water. I do appreciate the ingredients though. Organic, Plant-based protein, gluten-free, no artificial flavors, gluten-free, organic oats, buckwheat & quinoa, vegan, made with 100% whole grains. I'm going to give it another shot, and use water with just a splash of Almond or Coconut milk to prepare it. All in all, I'm not writing this one off yet. Might work better prepared as overnight oats. I'm also going to try adding it to my blended protein shakes. NOTE: I prepared it using water only, and let it steep longer. Definitely less chalky. Bumping up from 3 to 4 stars.

Gross texture
I really wanted to like this but I couldn’t eat it. I don’t know if it’s the protein but it’s way off in texture and flavor. The oats are still hard but it has this weird creamy layer to it that’s just gross.

this is why I make from scratch
I hoped and wanted to love it for my kiddo but nope. using the suggested measurements of water or milk left it soupy and oats never softened. I thought I was tripping. I added peanut butter for more flavor, but this was apple, where was the apple flavor? nonexistent. both kiddo and I didnt like this at all and I've had bad diner oatmeal. I won't buy again. Just make it yourself.

Can tell theres pea protein because theres a slight gritty texture
Texture is a bit off. The oatmeal pieces don’t soften up like they do with other flavors. There is a slightly gritty texture from the peas or the beans

Wanted to love it
The flavor is okay but the oats did not soften - they were hard and chewy not matter how long I cooked them or let them sit. Maybe it would work as overnight okay but I'm looking for quick and easy in the morning.

It's a no for us...
My family has been gluten free for nearly a decade, and we've grown accustomed to a healthier flavor (usually not as sweet and texture may be different). We were really excited to try this brand and oatmeal. The package we opened had very little oats in it and more powder. When adding the directed amount of water, it was too watery (looked like soup with a few oat flakes) and the flavor was a mix between cardboard and playdoh. We even covered it for 5 mintues to see if it would thicken. It pains me to write this, as we want more health conscious brands on the market. I'm hoping we received a bad batch based on other positive reviews, but honestly, I'm reluctant to try again based on our personal experience.

Yummy yummy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was very feeling and helped me get to my protein intake. My addition of fruit made it more feeling as a person who doesn’t really like oatmeal.

Not likely to buy again due to texture
Too chewy - microwaved following directions and the oats remained too firm and chewy. The flavor, however, is really delicious and I wish there were more apple bits.

Yum!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purely Elizabeth's apple harvest crumble oatmeal is a delicious and nutritious breakfast option. The oatmeal has a perfect balance of sweetness from the dried apples and maple sugar, and the added crunch from the almonds and walnuts adds a satisfying texture. I appreciate that the ingredients are organic and gluten-free, making it a great option for those with dietary restrictions. The portion size is also just right, leaving me feeling satisfied and energized for the rest of the morning. I highly recommend trying out this delicious oatmeal for a healthy and tasty start to your day.
