I bought these as a way to help with my sweet tooth while still adding to my protein intake. I usually HATE protein sweets as they have a chalky or distinctly protein flavor, which these have neither of. The macros aren't perfect like a protein bar might be, but it makes up for that in taste and texture. The oats, when cooked as directed, become soft with a little bit of chew/bite to them still. You're not eating a bowl of mush!! You can easily add fresh fruit, honey, etc as well.

I bought this hoping to find a protein packed , sweet east to start my morning. I was disappointed. It taste like a paper cup. Not sweet, and bland. Only giving it 2 stars because I love their waffles, and French toast. Idk how this one passed the taste test at the manufacturing stage

Wonderfully filling breakfast
I’ve always hated how sweet other packets of oatmeal are. This is the best instant oatmeal ever (could actually be less sweet for me). I love the amount of protein I’m getting in the morning. You can add a little extra liquid after the chia seeds have expanded, but I don’t because I like the heartiness of it. Great flavor and good for you.

Good flavor. Bad texture.
The flavor was good but the texture was weird. It seems like it does not cook fully no matter how much I adjust it. It has potential to be great if they would adjust it slightly to cook better.

It refuses to cook all the way. Also the flavor is like somebody whispered it in the next room. So you got tough oats that you have to microwave that are just sweet and vaguely flavored. It costs too much to taste this way

I've never seen any other oatmeal packet use rolled oats instead of instant, rolled oats aren't gonna cook like quick oats in a microwave, the taste was fine but the texture is awful, maybe if you cooked it on the stove it would be alright but that defeats the point of instant oatmeal packets.

I found a foreign object in my oats :/
I normally love this oatmeal, but today I found a piece of plastic or something in my oatmeal. I attached a photo of it. Kind of turned me off to this oatmeal for a bit. I know accidents happen, so I will likely buy it again. Just made me feel kind of ick biting into that. Good thing I did not swallow it. Yikes.

Bad texture- another reviewer said "oatmeal soup"-- yes, and in a bad way! Even after cooking longer and longer, it never "cooked" the oats. overall just icky in texture and taste. Guess I'll stick to my protein powders.
