  • A: Based on the ingredients it’s vegan, so it should be fine for a kosher diet. It does, however, contain alcohol so it may not be suitable for a halal diet.

  • A: They are nor spicy at al. It comes with 4 small individually wrapped noodle packages & each has a small bag of sesame seeds & miso flavoring. You add as much as you like after cooking the noodles.

    Not tasty and very overpriced

    These noodles were marketed well and pricey, too, but the original chef who made them didn’t use his well loved recipe. We were better off eating $1.25 ramen packs as opposed to these. Very disappointing and $10 we will never get back, unfortunately.

    Best noodles I've ever had!

    These noodles were my first time trying them, and they were absolutely the best I’ve ever had. I chose the sweet and spicy version, and it was an incredible experience. I’m not usually a fan of spicy food, but this one had the perfect balance of heat and flavor. The noodles were also quick to cook and had the ideal texture. I’m definitely going to try the other flavors as well. The package came with four packs, and I used one for my husband and one for myself. One package is definitely enough for one person.
