Dislike the New Recipe
I have been buying the Sweet and Spicy noodles for several months but sometime in September Momofuku changed their recipe and ingredients. The sauce tastes more like soy sauce and sugar and the noodles now stick together no matter how much I try to separate them while cooking. Once a craveable meal, now it just disappoints.

Love the new noodles and flavor! I do think it's a bit spicier than a level 2, as the package says, but the noodles are delicious. I like the wider noodles and I think they have a better texture than before.

Saucier, chewier, and still delicious!
The new and improved Sweet and Spicy noodles from Momofuku do not disappoint! The flavor remains amazing, the noodles are thicker with a really nice chew, and the larger sauce packet makes it unnecessary to add any other sauce to the bowl. The original version was a bit drier and often needed something extra, but since the new noodles don't, it makes for an even easier and quick meal. Yum!!!

Yumminess made even better in a new package!
The Sweet and Spicy is my favorite flavor! It has just a little bit of spice and a little bit of sweetness, and it has less sodium than the other flavors! This new packaging is great! There is a tiny bit more sauce than the old format, and that seemed to make a big difference in getting all noodles coated fully, with a little bit left to go on the proteins and veggies I like to add to my noodle bowls. Plus, the noodles are dried in a circular shape which fits better in the little pot I like to use to make my noodles. I also really appreciate the new packaging on the individual units. The flavor label is obvious. No more peeking through the white package to find the flavor on the sauce packet. It's clear on the outside.

Better Ingredients
My husband recently started eating some cheap convential brand of beef flavored ramen noodles as a late night snack, but today I put the kabash on it and told him to try these instead. I looked up reviews from other sites and found that the "Sweet and Spicy" flavor ranked best, and I'm happy to say that my husband enjoyed it too! He's would even like to try other flavors from this brand

Just boil, add the sauce and eat. I added some more honey and sautéed some finely chopped carrots and shredded chicken with one of the packets of sauce. Used two packs of noodles. Delicious
