RICE WEEVILS
CHECK YOUR RICE BEFORE YOU BUY! After I washed my rice i realized there were bugs in the bag when i went to close it and noticed a bean looking thing with holes where some bugs were getting out of. i had never seen this before and was EXTREMELY grossed out because it couldve gotten into everything in my pantry.

just a bad product
I feel sort of ridiculous writing a review for rice but this stuff is bad unless you are trying to make rice pudding. It is extremely sticky and crumbly when cooked and I have tried reducing and adding more water/broth/salt but it always comes out terrible. 90% of the rice is a mushy mess and the remaining 10% is slightly under cooked and grainy. It tastes fine, but the texture really ruins whatever it is you're cooking.

ANTS INSIDE RICE BAG! DON'T BUY
DON'T BUY THIS RICE ANYMORE. I have never had any problems with Good and Gather rice until recently. I purchased a 32-ounce bag that somehow had the little black ants INSIDE the bag. I contacted Target and requested a replacement. That bag had ants too! I poured the rice into a bowl and covered it with plastic wrap; 30 minutes later a bunch of black ants were crawling out of the rice and around the rim of the bowl. This is nasty and unacceptable.

Takes 30 minutes to cook
I have always made rice in 20 minutes and quinoa in 15. I'm a long time cook. There is something about this rice when you have to cook it for 30 minutes every time. I would never buy it again. Also, it tastes crappy.

Never cooks
Both times I cooked with this rice, it never fully cooked. Even after over an hour of cooking, it stayed hard. But also got mushy. Such a waste of ingredients.

Broken Rice?
I usually love this rice! Not sure if the supplier for this batch changed but all the rice was broken - resulting in super mushy rice…I’ll be giving it a break on this rice until further notice. Provided pictures of this rice versus WF 365 rice

Bad taste in my mouth.
This rice left a bad taste in my mouth. No diversity in flavors. No equity in components to balance taste. No inclusion of quality ingredients. I've since found a better quality product at a membership warehouse store.

There was huge hole in the rice
When I took the rice out of the bag, it fell all over the floor as there was a HUGE hole in the bag. There is no way rice didn’t drop when they placed it in the bag to give to me.

Good Rice
Good product. I have purchased this rice several times and have not experienced any problems. This rice seems to have less “trash” in the bag than order store brands. Will keep purchasing.

Lots of live bugs
As many have noted, TONS of bugs with the latest batch. Yes, I wash my rice, however, 7-8 live bugs in less than a cup of rice feels excessive. And they were large in size. Had to throw most of the bag out.

VERY VERY dissatisfied
I strongly do not recommend this rice, and I am very dissatisfied with Target's return process, which has put me in a bad mood for the past two days. I went to pick up the rice with great expectations, but before I opened the package, I was shocked by the bugs inside. There were a lot of bugs, and they were big, almost as big as rice grains. I didn't dare to open the package. I had planned to start using this bag of rice right away, but it is obviously impossible now. I asked Target's customer service to send me another bag of rice without bugs, and they said I had to carry the rice to the store myself first. I don't have a car, and the nearest store is far away from me. The reason I bought it online is because it is too inconvenient to go offline. Now I have to take it myself, so what is the point of my online shopping???
