At izzio, we craft our bread in small batches with simple ingredients. Each loaf begins with a naturally fermented sourdough starter – the foundation to create the most delicious, digestible, and wholesome breads. Because our breads are fermented, there’s no need for highly processed additives like vital wheat gluten, a baker’s shortcut that can be difficult to digest. Instead, we use traditional methods with ingredients your body recognizes, and your taste buds crave. And our final ingredient: time. No shortcuts and nothing to hide.

As a family-owned Colorado bakery, we’ve collaborated with farmers and millers to create a custom, Non-GMO Project Verified flour that is 100% traceable and free from enrichments or additives. We invite you to taste the difference of real sourdough.™

Best healthy sourdough bread in grocery store

Target store- please continue to carry this product in your store. it's one of the best healthy sourdough bread. I am very particular in checking the ingredients of the bread I buy and this one is pretty much the equivalent of making your own sourdough dough at home. Clean ingredients, that's how sourdough bread should be. Thank you Izzio Artisan Bakery for offering this to Target stores.
