Healthy, yummy, not chalky

It works well for a post workout option while staying low in sugar. Sometimes when I’m looking for added protein I’ll use this in place of milk in my power shakes. Like it much better that way vs straight out of the carton. Another option is to add it to ice cream if you’re trying to gain weight and make a chocolate shake with it. This is great for elderly people who need the protein and weight gain when they are in fragile states.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The muscle milk chocolate protein shake provides a whopping 26 gms of protein with one serving. That’s huge when compared to similar counterparts. It’s easy to throw into your gym bag. Made with ultra filtered milk, the texture is smooth and nutrition levels are great! The taste is good as far as protein shakes go…I do like to add some cold brew to mine to give it an extra caffeine kick, which is my usual before any workout. Highly recommend, great quality and nutrition value. Not a big fan of the aftertaste, which is why I gave one star less, but that’s me with all protein shakes.

I absolutely loved these for a few reasons: - easy to open packaging - Not high in sugars like others - Good tasting flavour without an after taste like others, but you really can’t go wrong with chocolate - Really easy to find a grocery stores and some will even have them in the small refrigerators by the checkout area - Practical on the go options Overall I highly recommend these and perhaps the only downside could be price vs preparing your own protein shake, but the convenience makes it worth it.
