The spice level is noticeable but not overwhelming, with a natural peppery warmth that builds as you eat without burning your mouth. The flavor feels super fresh, not artificial at all, and the texture is creamy and rich without being too greasy. I really appreciated that it’s made with organic, cage-free eggs — you can taste the quality. It works well on everything from sandwiches and burgers to sushi rolls and fries. Even just a little dollop totally upgrades a dish. It’s also not overly vinegary like some spicy mayos can be, which lets the creamy richness shine through more.
