This protein shake packs about 26 g of protein in 160 calories which gives it a very strong nutrition profile for those watching calories and protein intake. Taste wise, I tried it the usual way I do: pour into a glass filled with ice and it was okay. The flavor was a little underwhelming for a strawberries and cream shake. I’ll probably use it to make my ninja creami recipes to make a strawberries and cream ice cream.

I like that it has 26g protein. It was easy to drink and get down. I like the easy to use bottle and the size of the drinks I like that its nutritious and tastes good too

So I had it a second time in a strawberry smoothie. It tasted slightly better but I did not enjoy the aftertaste and the film it left on my teeth. Sadly I won’t buy again.

It does allude to it with the natural flavor ingredient. The box is very appealing. It does make me want to grab it, but the flavor is not much there if this was not inside of a box that had the flavor on it I would not know what flavor this was. Now the drink is good and I would drink it more. It’s just not flavorful overall. I like it for something to drink when you’re hungry and you don’t wanna something real. It’s not heavy, but it will definitely fill you up. This is a good overall good product. I’ll give it a 7 out of 10.
