Pokémon Trading Card Game: Mega Zygarde ex Premium Collection

This is a good price for this product. You get six perfect order booster packs, and two Phantasmal flames booster packs (roughly $51 on the secondary market to get those packs loose). My kid pulled the Mega Hyper Rare from PO out of this box, but this close to msrp it was a win for us either way.

The shipping box and product arrived damaged and torn open. Items were tampered with. I reached out to customer service and received the same copy and paste answer three times that there is nothing they can do but they appreciate my concerns. They also said my product did not qualify for an exemption to the return policy but did not explain why an opened box with missing items was acceptable. Just buyer beware and hopefully you get what you paid for.

I’m at a loss, and I did buy some more packs out of genuine curiosity. My husband and I each got a box and we had a few hits from Perfect Order. When we opened the Phantasmal Flames packs, one of mine and one of his; from two separate boxes had cards in a weird order and flipped around.(see the photo, this was straight out the package like this). This was odd but I assumed it was maybe a packaging error since these were purchased straight from Target dot com. Then I start reading reviews and so many people are complaining of resealed packs. How are they opening these? Are they compromised?? Target you need to respond here.

came in perfect! if you buy from this page Its from the store itself. I recommend to everyone when it pops up at the $59.99 price. Don't pay scalper price. just keep checking back. it shows up randomly that's it in stock.

I never received the items. Target refunded my money, but it’s disappointing to finally hit something against the bots and the item never even ships.

Delivered with damaged boxes. I definitely would return it buts its non-refundable. Disappointment. Not mad. Just disappointed.

The cards seem to be fine, but the box came in terrible condition.

I still haven’t received my order and according to tracking it hasn’t even been shipped yet. And I can’t get my money back which is stupid.

Ok, the price is astronomical. But at least it’s not a markup at a second hand selling store. Thank you target for trying to limit sales by upsellers…our kids still need some pokemon access and this gives it to them, granted pokemon is always expensive!

I believe that the item was already damaged before they put it inside the box. Target needs to hold seller accountable for damaged goods & the way they ship it.
