Both blisters were bent and crammed into a box too small for the product. The box itself was quite damaged, and the cards inside have been dislodged, damaged and bent by the lack of care in packaging and shipping. No returns are allowed for this product so there is nothing I can do or get back for it

Never received item. It was delivered to wrong address with the pathetic picture taken below. Called target and all they could offer was “you can write a review” but no refunds or exchanges. Pathetic given the fact their site crashes every time people attempt to make purchases

just know, if you order any etbs from target. your most likely going to get 3pk blisters instead. happend to me 3 times now.

The product itself was great, but other Pokémon products purchased during this first-day release were damaged before being sold to customers, without any disclosure. I reported this to the store the same day and spoke with Customer Service and Asset Protection. When I requested a return or replacement, I was told that Target does not provide returns or replacements for Pokémon products. I was also informed that the products had been intentionally damaged to discourage reselling, yet customers were still charged full price for items that were no longer in collectible condition. These were first-day release Pokémon products intended to remain sealed collectibles. After the initial release day, restocks happen randomly and cannot be planned for, meaning these products cannot realistically be replaced. Target’s delay and complaints process removed the only opportunity to re-purchase these items in new sealed condition. After multiple conversations with store customer service, asset protection, HR, and Guest Relations, I am still trying to get this resolved. The most frustrating part is having to repeatedly chase a resolution for an issue that was created within Target’s own store, yet the customer is the one left paying the price — both financially and in the time and effort required to try to make it right. The bigger concern is: what other products are being intentionally damaged before sale, and who decides which products are altered? Multiple customers from this same release have shared similar experiences and frustrations. When a company’s internal resolution process fails customers over an issue caused by the company itself, it raises the question of whether further escalation, including legal options, is the only remaining way to ensure accountability. Hopefully Target reviews both this practice and how customer concerns like this are handled.

My product is always getting delivered in a small box smaller than the products. What they do is shove the product in there and tape it shut they don’t care that you just spent your hard earned money as long as they put the product in the box and ship it to you.
