A: Hello - yes, you can use this design with a dimmer switch. If you are planning on using LED bulbs, just make sure the LEDs are dimmable and that the dimmer is LED compatible. Thank you for the question.

I purchased this chandelier at my local lighting store but upon opening the box I realized all the parts were missing including the crystals and chain. I went back and got a new box with everything inside. It comes folded in a flat box and you have to spread the arms out but there are no built in stops so it's a chore to get the arms equal distance apart. I think the manufacturer can do a better job in the design so it's easier to install. Overall it looks great but replacing my grandparents crystal chandelier was a bit emotional and it is now hanging in my boiler room because no one wants it and I can't toss it. Great price point great look!

We purchased this for our Master Bedroom that is old Europe in decor. At first I thought the color was pretty light however I love the design and the color won me over. We also installed a dimmer switch which I would highly recommend. Very easy to install. I did purchase a "chain quick link" that I painted with silver and gold paint to match the chandelier perfectly and that made hanging it a breeze.
