I got a damaged product. When I received the product the packaging was damaged from all 4 sides. I gave it a benefit of doubt and thought the product would be safe but it was damaged from inside as well. And worst of it, Target is expecting me to go to the store at return this product. The product weighs around 58 lbs and I didn’t even get to use the product and now I have to spend money to return it. The customer service representative was of no use as they kept on repeating that I don’t have any other option.

I am utterly disappointed with my experience with NIU and feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn potential customers. I purchased an NIU Electric Scooter with high hopes, only to be met with ongoing issues and a complete lack of support from the company. From the get-go, the scooter exhibited significant problems, particularly with the brake system. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue through NIU's customer service, including costly returns for repairs, the problem persisted. The lack of accountability and responsiveness from NIU's customer service team only exacerbated my frustration. Furthermore, the process of returning the scooter for repairs was a nightmare. The provided shipping label expired, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. It is unacceptable that a company of NIU's stature cannot even manage the basics of customer service, let alone provide reliable products. Overall, my experience with NIU has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before investing in NIU products, as the company's disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reliable electric scooter provider.
