Nonetheless, this beef jerky stick is your typical casing type stick. It supposed to be BBQ flavor but I get zero hints of BBQ flavoring. It is a decent beef jerky stick but nothing special about it. The flavor it does have is fine. Almost tangy-like but not overwhelming. It made for a good snack in a pinch.
