I ordered this when it was $14 and it’s probably worth that but not the full price. I purchased a XS and I’m 5’4 and 113-115lbs. It fits and I don’t find it large like other reviews. Maybe a touch snug under my arms but a small would definitely be too large. The fabric is stiff and scratchy though. Unsure if I will keep it due to this.

I'm having an issue with Target's sizing lately! Everything is running so large or awkwardly fit. I sized down to a medium and it fit ok through the hips but the top was gaping so much, no way could I bend over without my bra showing fully! Bummer to return, the black and white gingham was super cute.

The dress is very cute I ordered it because it was on sale for $14, I am 5'7 and around 160 pounds- usually i'm a size Large but I wish i ordered it in a Medium its a little big.
