Target, What started as a simple inventory oversight has somehow escalated into an absolute masterclass in customer service failure. First, I was told my original order of mini chocolates was ready for pickup, only to arrive and find out the items were missing entirely. When given the option of delivery or a refund, I chose delivery, expecting my items to arrive in a condition fit to consume. Instead, yesterday my package arrived containing a box of completely melted, unusable liquid chocolate. It is genuinely baffling that anyone would ship chocolate via delivery without temperature control, especially during the summer months, virtually guaranteeing it would spoil. You turned a minor missing-item inconvenience into a completely wasted delivery and a frustrating experience from start to finish. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is not a reflection of the candy but of Target. The label in the website says this bag comes with 72 pieces. The actually bag says 13. This is a disappointment since I needed more than 13 for my event. I was left scrambling to find more. Not cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a while back and I absolutely love it. I’m such a fan of the caramel and chocolate combo. And the crunchy texture of it is super great too. This is definitely one of my favorite candy bars hands down.
