    Poorly made

The quality on these has severely disintegrated. I got it to match one I bought years ago and it matches but the quality is awful.

    Smaller than it should be

Not accurate dimensions. The tag says 14”x13”. It is not that, and truthfully it seems like they could have made it better to fit the 13” storage cubes. It’s kind of a waste of space. When it is 14” long, it is only 12” wide. And if you stretch it to be 13” wide, then it is only 13” long.

    Not a Laundry Basket

I was shopping for laundry baskets when this item popped up online. I was under the mistaken idea that it was a laundry basket. It is NOT. It is much too small for that. It is an adorable basket, but it definately is not big enough for laundry--not even close!

I purchased two of these. They are supposed to be the same item, but one is shorter and darker, almost dirty looking compared to the other. It would be a cute item if they both were as described.

    Only 11" wide

The quality of it is good, but this is not 13 inches wide - it’s maybe 11 inches. So it doesn’t take up the space I expected in the closet.
