Inconsistent quality.
Bought four of these today. Unfortunately, they suffer from the universal lack of Chinese quality control - the finger loops are haphazardly sized. Some allow a two-finger hold, others don't. Considering that, they're not worth fifty cents each to me. I'll pay four times the price of these for reasonably consistant quality. They're going back tomorrow.

Attractive Mug, but Handle Is It's Downfall
This is an attractive mug--if you like gray. The problem is the handle is too small for the weight of the mug, sitting in the middle instead of going from the top to the bottom. This looks nice and attractively different, but the mug is so heavy when you add your tea that it's hard to keep it level. It's a case of design over function, and it makes you wonder if it was even tested.
