    Beautiful dark brown with wonderful curls on the edges. Lighter brown on the bottom inside brings out the wonderful brown. Bowls are small looking but deep. Cups are a good size for a mug.     These are very pretty. I returned them because I thought it would be a little darker. But other than that I would purchase them if I wanted that color. I don't think you would go wrong with these. Advise enlarge the picture and the light brown is a bit lighter than what is shown. could give it a five star on easy to clean because I didn't keep them.
