  • A: We have them on our south facing bay windows, in S. FL and I'm quite surprised at how well they're keeping out the heat from heating up the room. I'd probably look for insulated curtains, or velvet curtains if I needed serious insulating properties though. For us, it was a bonus feature.

  • A: No, they are unlined and not intended for that use at all.

Q: Are there tiebacks that match these?

submitted by Aflem - 8 years ago
  • A: I don’t think I got any with mine, but didn’t think about it when unpackagjng it. I just used twine to pull them back

  • A: Hi. I purchased the coral curtains some time ago and they did come with gray tiebacks. The tiebacks were actually the gray velcro ties which are wrapped around the folded curtains as part of the packaging. We almost missed it, but they are really nice. I even like the fact that they're not the same color as the curtains. Hope that helps.

  • A: No, Mine did not come with tiebacks either.

Q: Are the white curtains a bright white or an off white?

submitted by berrykm - 9 years ago
  • A: These are a true white. I just bought them a week ago. They are very much a cool white. I bought these to replace 3-4 year old Theshold gromet-top off-white cotton light filtering curtains. Those were a true off white, with the faintest hint of warmth. I hoped these ones would be the same color. But, the Farrah white curtains are not that... definitely not cream at all, despite what Philip says. ;)

Q: Are the gray curtains a true gray or is it a gray with brown undertones? Thanks

submitted by White - 9 years ago
  • A: I think it's pretty solid medium to slightly dark gray, it doesn't seem to have any brown undertones.

submitted bySam - 9 years ago
  • A: Hi White - The gray curtain panel is described as solid stone gray. I hope this helps. Thanks! - Philip

Q: Is the color labeled "cream" an actual cream or is it more of a tan as shown?

submitted by lori - 9 years ago
  • A: Yes, my walls are SW Accessible Beige and the curtains match them nicely. The cream is not yellow at all. It is like a beige with some white threads in it. Very modern looking. Very nice fabric.

submitted bySusanS - 6 years ago
  • A: It's a nice soft white with some subtle flecks of brown.

  • A: I have these in the blue and charcoal and they do let daylight through but not a lot. They're far from sheer, they have a nice, thick weave. From the outside looking in at night, you can't see through them.
