So disappointed with these binders, bought one for my daughter for her school work, a week later one of the rings broke so I purchased a new one and that one also was defective, the pockets came apart at the bottom. Reached out to target customer service and they replaced the second one I bought.

Poor quality clear plastic
I admit grabbing this binder without examining it first. There are two places where the clear-view plastic is split or coming away from the binder. One is in the lower right corner on the front, and it looks like it might have been sliced by something sharp. The other is inside, at the base of the spine where it attaches to the binder, and that appears to be a manufacturing issue. I had already put all my stuff in it before I noticed, so I think I'm stuck with it. The rings seem to snap together fine, so that's a plus.
