Bad pick up order.
Did an online pick up order in store and received a defected binder. When people pick out items for pick up, they should be picking out what they would pick out for themselves. This binder is clearly in bad shape and I hate that it looks like this. The plastic is all scuffed. See photos!

The clear wrap on outside doesn’t have an opening at top or side. The label for the binder is stuck underneath the wrap with no way to get it out.. not sure it it’s just the one I picked up or all of them. Going to return.
