it was well-packaged. i actually made a note of that to my guy. I'll give credit where credit is due. but this is where the props end and the frustration begins. "guy," a rather accomplished builder might i add, had a lot to say about the quality of this product. screws don't screw. holes don't align. Allen wrenchES break... (note: plural). i was informed by guy the product COULD be built, but that some screws would stick out or that some holes would be missing the screw entirely because they drilled holes that did not line up. he wanted to know what the reviews were on this item. which is what brings me here. I feel compelled to share. this section on reviews is our support group. guy felt immediately validated and assured that this was NOT his problem... it was theirs. he could keep his status as "accomplished builder." ultimately returned to the store (with resistance until I showed a page where it indicated in the small print drop down menu "returns and exchanges" that the item could be returned at any Target store. also it noted 365 days free returns.) bought multiple other pieces of this "collection" and the quality is so hit or miss... out of six pieces, two were so bad they had to be exchanged. found them clearanced out at a local store. other than that, I sadly love the style... and if you can find them for 70% off like I did, then I would say its worth the price. guy and I read almost all the posted reviews. we laughed and laughed and laughed. ahh, validation...

This took far too long to put together holes didn’t line up you have to force it together. We ended up taking one side off screwing the top bottom and back to one side and then standing it on the completed side to add the other side back on. We had to forcibly hold the holes in alignment while someone else screwed it together. Terrible design, but now that it’s together I like how it looks.

Incredibly difficult to assemble because there are irregularities in the bolt holes and several of the metal panels are not straight. Plan to spend a lot of time and to force pieces into place. Not all bolts can be screwed flat.

Looks nice in the pictures then all down hill from there. If it was $50 would fit the quality better. Definitely an import weld quality. Has rough paint, mis alignment on the holes, burn trough on the welds. One door hits hard to drill new hole to get to close. I would consider others before looking at this.

We purchased three of these. All three had misaligned screw holes that caused parts to fit together too tightly causing the doors to rub severely when opening and closing or the back panel to require a screw to be left out because the hole and threaded hole would not align. The other issue is that the threaded screw holes had a lot of welding flash in them causing the screws to either bind or gall. Forcing the screws in just resulted in them becoming so tight the allen head would strip. I ended up having to cut the screws in half on a lot of the holes just so they wouldn't hit the welding flash inside. Overall the design of the cabinet is nice, the size is good, durability should not be a problem as they feel heavy duty and there's plenty of storage capacity. It's just the quality of the screw holes are horrible and the manufacturer really needs to revisit QA on these.

Picked it up, got it allllllll unpacked and laid out... seemed good quality... no hardware or instructions. (It was supposed to have both.). This obviously isn't Target's fault, but it sure is annoying to have to pile up a bunch of pieces, haul them into the store somehow, and take another one home and *hope* there's hardware in it.

Fairly easy to put together. If you over tighten the side panel screws it is difficult to put the top on. The doors were a little of a challenge without having someone to hold them while you tighten the screws but it just takes patience. Overall good value for the money.

This cabinet is the best I've ever bought at Target. I was amazed by its quality; it's made of stainless steel, so it's not easily deformed or scratched, and it has a good weight to it.

Like the color, would be perfect. NONE OF THE HOLES LINE UP. On top of that, the fastens for the doors refuse to screw more than halfway in no matter what so they basically just hold each other together. DO NOT BUY. Also every furniture I have purchased from target so far has been a huge let down.

I love this cabinet. I was hesitate with the reviews but they must’ve fixed any issues because this is a high quality, heavy cabinet. Easy assembly. Bought for my plants & will purchase another.

Assembly of this item was painful. Pieces did not line up and it was a very frustrating process. Not worth the money.

It’s a nice cabinet for the price but one of the prices was warped they don’t fit together perfectly you have to force the screws in with the allen wrench which ends up stripping them

This took 3 people to assemble, and let me be clear, I've assembled many furniture pieces! The holes for screws don't align well and the doors don't close correctly. Took 2ish hours to assemble something that if it was made well should have taken 45 mins max. Felt more like a $40 item, not a $140+.

Very cute cabinet, but so insanely hard to put together. The pieces don't fit together at all (the panels are warped and screwholes don't match up), and I almost wasn't able to put it together at all. It was impossible to put all of the screws in properly (most of them are still not in). Once I got it together, it looks great, but I think there are much better options that are way easier to put together and more sturdy.

THINGPARTS SNAPPED IN TWO!

The color of the cabinet is very nice, which is why I ordered two—unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Assembly was incredibly frustrating. The screw holes didn’t line up properly, making it much harder than it should be, and the doors ended up uneven no matter how carefully I tried to align them. One of the two cabinets arrived missing the back panel entirely. Target customer service has been difficult to work with. I'm still waiting on the return shipping label and pickup instructions they promised. The box is extremely large and heavy, so returning it isn’t simple. I really needed both cabinets, so I’m hoping they follow through with a replacement soon. Disappointing experience overall—I expected better quality and support.
