Total junk. Do NOT buy. Shows red when lights are clearly on and working. Shows red when lights are off. Cuts off when testing individual bulbs. Not worth the money at all.

Horrible product. I tried using the QR code to the website, and the video for testing string lights (aka to use this particular product) said “coming soon.” Completely unhelpful. Cheap for a reason.

Literally doesn’t work, It shows read for lights that are clearly so it was useless. It is good for testing individual lights.

This "tester" doesn't really work. The instructions are horrible and mostly non-existant. There was a Youtube video that helped a little. I ran the tester along a strand of lights where one half of the lights were out. It showed green (working) for the entire section of lights that were out.

This item arrived defective & would not power on despite trying several, brand new 9volt batteries. I decided to not listen to the other negative reviews & took a chance. Save money and time and DO NOT BUY THIS. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Works fine to test individual bulbs or fuses but absolutely does not work to test lights that are plugged in. I even emailed the manufacturer and they suggested returning the unit.

Item not Pictured as listing. Did not have the the clicking mechanism featured in video to return power to lights. Sensor also did not work properly either. Honestly just buy new lights rather than waste your money on this thing.

It does work, just need patience to test out fuses and bulbs until you find the bad ones. I used it on my prelit tree and took about 10 minutes to figure out how to use it but once it got going I found the bulb and fuse and the tree was back up. Works on both led and incandescent lights

It works. Watch YouTube videos, I’m not sure what the other reviews are about. Put batteries in and find those broken lights!

Fuse tester worked. Bulb tester did not work at all. Strand tester was ok but not helpful to find missing problem since bulb tester couldn’t confirm! Returning.

Did not work properly at all. Also, instructions are awful. I had to do a lot of googling to find a you tube video of a homeowner explaining how to use it. Shouldn't the company be doing that ....
