2 Year Electronics Protection Plan with Accidents Coverage ($350-$399.99) - Allstate

Employees(3 including Supervisor) told me on the day I purchased a phone that I could cancel insurance coverage thru Allstate/Squaretrade(target's Insurance). Upon trying to cancel over website(claims must be done thru retailer) and voice mail says cant cancel at this time. Called employees at electronics dept. and the person is confused and suggested if you return the phone they might be able to cancel the insurance. Mind you this is only within 17 days of purchase during Targets extended Holiday return policy of 2023!

I need a refund and was not able to get it through the store.
