I purchased this item and it did not come with a foot pedal or an air pump. I called target online where I made the purchase and was told the only thing I could do was to return the product to the store for a refund. Well target is a two hour trip one way making this a four hour trip. This is nonsense to me when they could send me the foot pedal and air pump. I requested contact information and all I was given was a number to a voice mail. Had I know this I would have NEVER ordered a bulk item from target. This saddens me because my child loves this Moro cycle and they can send minor parts.
