I would absolutely buy this plan again. I have had 2 brand new TVs go bad within the first 2 years of purchase so having a protection plan in place saved me a lot of money

Purchased this plan but it doesn't cover any damage or accidents. Just be aware before you buy! This will not cover anything but manufacturers defects!

Recently had a tv that stopped working. I was past my manufacture warranty so I called SquareTrade. It was a very easy process. Sending in receipt online, doing some troubleshooting. And within the week I had my new tv shipped out. Now just waiting for it to arrive. Highly recommend SquareTrade for your big purchases.

More than paid for itself. My Samsung Smart TV died after 2 years. Thankfully I had purchased the SquareTrade warranty. I called and spoke to a rep that took all the information and passed me to a technician to test. After a few simple tests the tech determined that the TV would need to be replaced. He informed me of the process and sent me an email with choices for a replacement TV or cash. I selected the TV I wanted and placed the order via the provided link. I received a confirmation and projected delivery date. The TV shipped from California to Florida and arrived 3 days earlier than projected. Total time from failure to replacement was 6 days. Mark me satisfied.

Bought my Samsung 18 months ago . Decided that it would not turn off called insurance company and they decided that the TV was fried.
No acceptable TV available so they are cutting a check. Great service.

At first it seems like you can make a claim online, but after inputting all the information I was directed to call the number. While everyone I spoke to was polite, I had to call several times to resolve my issue. I ended up having to purchase a separate Roku device on my own and wait to be reimbursed. In the end I’m still glad I purchased the warranty.

Our TV recently began behaving oddly resulting in a perpetual power cycle: turning on and off on its own indefinitely. We thought the TV was fried. We called Square Trade, got a claim going, talked to the tech specialist, and 10 minutes later the TV was working. Very pleased with the service.
