    Dont buy extended warranty!

    I would like to provide a feedback on Target Plus policy of not helping customers who ordered a Target Plus order. I ordered a dehumidifier from Target on 27 May with an estimated delivery date of 2 June. I also purchased an extended warranty with it. On 2 June, I did not get the item. The status shows "Label created" as of the day I ordered. I spoke with Target reps on 4 June twice and they both told me I had to wait 4 business days until the order ships from their partners. I told them that the status has not changed since the day I ordered it. I was also chatting with the Target reps online and told them that I need to cancel the order (and the extended warranty with it). Every rep I spoke/chatted to told me to wait for the order which did not ship. As of 8 June, there has not been a change to my order. I called to cancel the order in the morning and was notified with James that I have to wait full four business days before the order is cancelled. I have to call back on 9 June. So, I have to wait one more day to get money back on the order which I don't have after 13 days. This has been a horrible experience with Target and certainly not expected to be treated like this after buying a $230 item. Not one rep offered to cross ship another item or even to trace the shipment with their Target Plus partner. This is not how a customer should be treated. Now, I will have to call 4th time to get something cancelled/refunded even though I did nothing wrong. We will see if they refund the extended warranty since I did not get an item to begin with

    Useless

    Only kicks in after the manufacturers' warranty ends, so if your appliance dies before then, and your manufacturers' warranty is as much use as a chocolate teapot, then you're looking at having to buy a new appliance anyway, or wait a year and make a claim. Utter swindle.

    Not refurnable when you return the electronic?

    I purchased this for my meta quest 2. Right out of the box, the meta quest wasn't working properly. We returned it, and purchased a new one. But my protection plan is non refundable? I can't transfer it to the new device either. Having to pay $30 for an item I didn't keep feels a bit like a scam.

    Paying for a protection plan for an item that I returned is not right!

    This protection plan was for a Nespresso coffee machine, which I returned today. I believe that the protection plan should be returnable, too! It doesn’t seem right that I should pay $30 for a protection plan for a product that I returned. I am very dissatisfied!

    Worst Protection Plan Ever!

    Don't bother buying a small electronic at Target, and also purchasing the protection plan. I sent my ipad pro 11 into All State 6 weeks ago and still have not received any replacement or repair. No customer service exists to actually help. I had to contact them for status, and was told it would ship out, it never did, and no follow up communication. Spent 2 hrs today trying to track it down. Still nothing. Customer service is there only to kick the can down the road. AND, Target customer service will not help. I will never purchase electronics from Target again.

    If you bought the replacement plan and returned the item at the store and they told you you cannot be refunded for the protection plan all you have to do is call target.com and they will refund you for the replacement plan
