A: Hello Val, There are 2 ways that you can go about getting a copy of your protection plan! First you can go to our website at www.squaretrade.com and register your plan. Once you are registered you can than download a copy of your warranty right on to your device. The other way to get a copy of your warranty is to call us at 877-927-7268 and follow the prompts for the type of device you have purchased. You can then speak with a Specialist who can send you a copy of your warranty to a e-mail that you will have to provide! Thanks, YS
