Since SquareTrade is an extended warranty, any existing warranty from a seller or manufacturer does take precedent over the SquareTrade warranty. Junk don't waste your time

TOTAL fail after 5 weeks, usually cups a day. if you don't live close to a store to return in person I recommend you stay away from this product. otherwise keep your box and receipt. My OLD, 2 times hand me down Keurig finally died after 6 years, from a friend who had it probably 6 years, given to her from her nanny position. This product has been used very gently and should not need service repair after 60-70 cups.

Don't purchase this warranty!

I bought a product warranty for the first time ever for a Keurig coffee maker. The coffee maker broke after a year, and I started the warranty process. I started in early August and it has still not been resolved. I have sent 7 emails, talked to representatives 5 times, and they are not even going to substitute the coffee maker for the same one I originally bought. the ones that they will cover are half the price and quality of the original Keurig I purchased and bought the warranty for. I am beyond frustrated and will never purchase a warranty from Target or Allstate again. I have spent 4 to 5 hours trying to resolve this issue, which still, 2 months later is not resolved. NOT worth the money or time I spent.

Complete Scam!

Do not buy. I tried filing a claim and was unsuccessful. Essentially you have no protection from this plan until after the manufacturer warranty ends so don’t plan on getting any help within the first calendar year. I purchased a phone case 3 weeks ago that is defective but I can’t file a claim and the return period is over so I’m out $70 until a year from now if I even get help at that point.

Never got replacement product

I returned my air purifier because it was missing a part. On the target app, it said that “upon receipt of the item, a replacement would be shipped”. I have not received a replacement and it’s been several weeks. The target app no longer shows the status of return.

Cant get refund for this potection plan if you return the protected item!

I returned the item but it is impossible to get a refund for this protection plan. The store says go to the protection plan provider but the provider says go to the store where protection plan was purchased. Advice don’t but a protection plan from Target unless you are absolutely positive you want the electronic device or just expect to lose money in return
