2 Year Premium Tablets Protection Plan ($.01-$499.99) - Allstate

I purchased this to keep my tablet safe from any damages. I hope when time to use it will be operate friendly for me,with no issues with a claim.

I am trying to cancel this protection plan because the item was returned. Allstate site says to return it to Target. Target tells me to return it to Allstate…now what?

Easy to register. Peace of mind and cheaper than Apple Care!

Got an email that said I should have gotten information but I didn’t

I bought a 2 year protection plan on 6/14/23. For the past week I have been asked to send in over 12 pieces of information for them to proceed with my claim. Today they said the iPad is not covered because the plan is "completed". Today's date is 3/13/2025. Which is, by anyone's figuring, less than 2 years from 6/14/2023. They have wasted hours of my time and every response gets me a new person who tells me something new- over phone or email. Absolutely skip this and buy apple care. Or buy yourself a ice cream cone. The ice cream will help you fix your electronic device better then these clowns and it will certainly make you happier. Even if you're lactose intollerant - that will be better than dealing with Allstate.

This is very misleading protection plan. I bought a premium accidentally coverage in which when you look on website cracked screens are covered. When they denied claim I went to target. They agreed accidental coverage covers cracked screens. Needless to say the iPad is not getting fixed. Allstate refused to fix it despite their own website stating it covers cracked screens. Either get apple care or save your money. This would put 0 stars but can’t choose that

As much as I like Apple IPad, this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with this IPad, it Freezes Up every other search and then I’m not able to get in touch with State Farm Plan that I purchased with this IPad so anyone looking to purchase this item through Target…..Don’t

I return my electronics, but I cannot return this insurance. It should be will know that you can’t return that insurance before you buy the insurance.

Accidents aren't covered, what is come in. I'll buy AppleCare from now in on all of my purchases from Target or anywhere that are Apple Products!
