Click My Plans at the top of the SquareTrade homepage. 3. Click the protection plan you'd like to cancel. 4. In the Quick Links menu, click Cancel/Transfer Plan. 5. Follow the steps to confirm your cancellation. If you don't have a squaretrade.com account, you can click here to create an account. If you cancel your plan within 30 days of purchasing it, you'll receive a full refund. After that, you'll receive a pro-rated refund. Once your plan is canceled, your refund will be processed through your original payment method in 3-5 business days. After you confirm your cancellation, you'll receive a confirmation email for your records.
