Warranty cant file a claim

I’m trying to use warranty I purchased for electric scooter I purchased for my grandaughter last Christmas that stopped working and is in need of warranty and it says return window exspires and won’t let me file a claim. Every electronic item I buy my family I pay for a warranty never had to use one in all the years I’ve been purchasing them till now and I can’t file the claim why?

I don’t know the phone number to call or address to contact. I don’t have a printed copy of plan. I don’t have any record of it except for email which I will not remember. The trike is darling. The protection plan needs some work.

A new temporary beginning

I bought this bike for my niece and her husband who just became foster parents. She told me that she was able to put the bike together herself leaving the tightening of the screws to her husband. The child is three and I understands loves the bike. I am glad I bought this because it made a little boy very happy.
