Got an email saying details were sent to my email, there is no email with warranty info and no way to file an issue to have the warranty resent to my email

Absolutely worthless. They refused to help me. Allstate demanded I exchange in the store because it was 30 days since purchase even though it had actually been 32 days. They tried to get me to call the manufacturer. Anything so they wouldn’t have to spend a dime.

Absolutely zero help. Frozen car stopped working after only 6 months. I filed a claim and was sent a clearly used battery (which we had replaced on our own prior to making the claim and it still didn’t work) and motor in a regular padded envelope with no box, receipt, or instructions. The manual doesn’t even identify the motor so I have no clue how I’m supposed to just know how to take everything apart and replace it. After calling again I was told the company was bought and they ‘aren’t responsible for refunds’.

Do not waste your money. This is non-refundable even if you receive a defective product and want to return it within the first week after purchase.

Didn't have to use this protection plan because I returned the items right away because I ordered the wrong scooters. Problem is I can't be refunded the cost of the Protection Plan, only the scooters. I had to buy a new plan for the new scooters. That's $22 gone. Buyers, just be sure of your purchase.

I purchased SquareTrade when I purchased a blender from Target. A few months later, blender broke and the manufacturer wanted me to pay more than half of the cost of the blender in parts just to fix it. Luckily, SquareTrade was able to resolve this issue and sent me a check for the cost of the blender and I was able to use that money towards a new blender! I highly recommend getting this plan on appliances, it is worth it.

Quick and straight-forward process. Sent me a Target gift card with the refund within a couple hours of filing the claim.

It was not too hard to redeem other than sending in my receipt when I had my order number from Target. I'm glad that I purchased the protection plan because the product suddenly stopped working all together.

i was gratetful i purchased square trade protection plan for my son's nintendo ds. i never expect i will be needing it after a year of my purchased. but truly grateful i did. after a year of service the sd reader displayed error. went to check on my email and found square trade protection plan. it only took me 5mins with square trade customer service and got my check in 4days. i would recommend square trade for every protection plan you need. they give you 2 year warranty. awesome!!!

Smooth, easy process, just make sure you register with them immediately so you don't have to go hunting for the receipt later. Well worth the $ since the kids are so rough on their electronics.
