  • A: I’d try their site Allstateprotectionplans.com/target It may have some info on how to do this. As of today 02/07/2025 they are still selling the insurance with the free first 30 days. But it can be cancelled at any time.

    Get insurance, just not from this company

    If there is another insurance option for your device, go with that. It has been more than 10 days that Square Trade/ Allstate has had my iWatch and it’s still in the repair phase. You have to package and ship your device with their 2 day label and then they tell you how it could take 5 business days to fix. I’ve used Apple Care in the past and should have spent the extra money in this case. Apple Care ships a return box overnight and returns the product quickly. That’s not the case with this company. There was also an issue with Allstate where getting my policy straightened out also took time, delaying this process even longer.

    Buyer Beware! Distroyed my trust in Target!

    This is a total scam when purchasing an Apple Watch. After purchasing an Apple Watch online for in store pickup and including the All State Insurance I have now been advised by a Target salesperson that the Watch I purchased is covered by Apple Care (Apple Insurance) and the cost is included in the initial price. Therefore there is no need to purchase the All State Insurance. When I went online to remove the All State Insurance coverage (watch has not yet been removed from the unopened box) the Target site says it is not eligible to be returned! I have not received any documentation or information about the All State Insurance. When I initially inquired at pickup I was told there was nothing to give me. Bottom line is I was duped by Target into purchasing an insurance that was already included in the price of the product. Up until today, I have always valued and trusted Target. I never suspected they would sell something that was unnecessary and could not be returned/cancelled. Even if I return the unopened watch, it appears that I will still be charged for the never used All State package! I will NEVER TRUST TARGET AGAIN! Buyer beware.

    Dislike Tried to get my watch fixed. Needed a label they sad the sent I called talked to three people they said they’d send another one never received anything Emailed them no answer Worst customer service
