    I bought this plan for some AirPods I bought and the plan is a complete waste of money!!! One of my buds got crushed and I was unable to retrieve it. When I tried to file a claim to get them replaced the agent told me they couldn't help me because I didn't have the crushed bud. The website advertised easy repairs and replacements but it's a lie!!! The agent told me I should have collected the pieces to send back. This plan is a complete waste and the Allstate agents are no help!!!

    Square Trade is the worst company to purchase a warranty through. They expect emails from the manufacturers, which the manufacturers stated that’s not their process. You are wasting your money on the warranty.

    The email I got for this shows the plan cost is only $17 yet I paid $29 for it through Target. Note that it also says portable video but I got headphones. So I question if it will cover anything and there’s no direction as to where to go to confirm or ask questions on the email or on the Target app.

    This protection plan is a joke! They want you to take the product to apple or an authorized dealer to have it evaluated and or fixed. If it can’t be fixed then you have to get proof from the dealer to submit for the claim. You have to pay for all of this out of your own pocket and don’t even get a straight answer about what reimbursement entails. Never had to jump through hoops like this if there was a problem with a product in the past. This is the last ‘protection plan’ that I spend money on. I’ll get apple care first.
