2 Year Electronics Protection Plan ($400-$449.99) - Allstate

The air conditioner I ordered came covered in oil, with oil leaking out the bottom. I did not want this mess taken in my house. It looks like the unit was dropped, then put on the truck upside down. I returned the unit. I was told it would take three weeks to have a new unit sent to me. I was able to return it a brick and mortar store. Still waiting for my refund for this $54.00 protection plan. Bought a similar unit at a different store, that came with a three year warranty. Can’t believe what a difference there was in packaging. At first I thought the problem with the first unit from target.com was careless handling. I know believe it’s very inadequate packaging!!
