Q: Does the 3 year warranty start after the manufacturers 1 year warranty expires? Thats important to know!

Q: I want to cancel my protection plan. Squaretrade says I have to bring the receipt back to the store where I purchased the plan. Target says it's not eligible for in-store return.

I had realized i put my email wrong on here so i’ve been trying to change it and it said it did so went and bought while buying my tv and since my email actually was not changed this protection plan was sent to an email that doesn’t exist so i basically bought this for nothing and i can’t get a refund because there are no refunds. So awesome thanks for being annoying.

Totally worthless. Don't waste your money. Six weeks after purchasing my TV with this extended warranty, the TV stopped working correctly. I contacted Squaretrade and they told me to contact the manufacturer since it was still under manufacturer warranty. I called the manufacturer many times and they are giving me the runaround, so I called Squaretrade back and they said that they would contact the manufacturer and see what's going on. Weeks later I still have a broken TV and no help from Squaretrade or the manufacturer. I guess maybe after the manufacturer warranty runs out they will consider fixing my TV, however I didn't expect to have to wait over a year for any resolution.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY TV HAVING NO SOUND, IMMEDIATELY. THE SQUARE TRADE FOLKS HELPED ME BY GIVING ME THE INFO NEEDED TO TROUBLE SHOOT WITH THE MANUFACTURER SINCE IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I GET PROTECTION PLANS ON ALL OF MY BIG TICKET ITEMS, WOULD DO IT ANY OTHER WAY
