Instructions for Reset the Combination lock
1. The lock is preset at 0-0-0;
2. Use a pen or something pointed to press the set button ( the small hole on the side of the lock );
3. Enter your new combination by rotating the wheels;
4. Remove the pen and push once on the opening button. Your new combination is now set.

While I liked the size and the expandability of the suitcase that's about it. And the expanding nature wasn't what I thought. The bag would only expand the side not the packable width. So that expandable in name only. Also the outside of the bag is not tough and looks really scuffed after only a few flights, like the color was sprayed on. Also the wheels are awful and will not roll whether the bag is empty or full. It got 2 stars because I thought at the time the price was good and it is in fact a suitcase.
