Very disappointed in the brass, which is not brass but shimmery dark yellow paint. Mine arrived I was immediately disappointed in the color then however noticed bubbling around the frame of the mirror and when I took off the packaging the "brass" finish started flaking off to reveal a rusted frame. I've run into the occasional quality issue like every other Target frequenter, this is definitely the most disappointed I've been in a product.

Arrived today and when you’re within ~10” of the mirror the reflection looks true to life but two steps back and it’s a funhouse mirror! Everything becomes squished and it’s really disorienting! Unfortunately this one is going right back. Maybe I just received a defective one but I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews calling it out. If there were I definitely would’ve passed and saved the time! Bummed because I do really like the size and style of the frame.

I like the shape and style. The color is a little weird. Kind of reminds me of mustard. These are impossible to hang. The keyholes are not level on the back so the diagram is useless and the little keyholes are really hard to line up with the screws. I would attach wire next time. We finally got them up and level but we know have extra holes in our wall and paint chips!

This mirror is discribed as being "black" but it is more like a dark gray. It is heavy and the instructions say to NOT use a wire for hanging so there are holes in the back to hang the mirror on the wall using screws. There is a paper template to line up the screws and holes but when you go to hang the mirror it is very difficult to hold the heavy mirror and try to line up the holes and screws (even with a helper). I read some reviews that said there was no backing on the mirror they recieved but there was a backing on mine (lightweight cardboard type)

Super heavy, two person job , make sure your measurements are correct and include the bit you will have to RAISE the mirror up and then slide down onto the screws. - i didn't - had to take the light fixture down - didn't have a stud finder and screwed it in right into the wood and after a lot of pushing - finally got it into the wall. Don’t put it against a stud.... trust me. Also everyone is correct in it not being black but it worked perfect for my color combo! It's a gunmetal color! All in all i love it so i gave it five stars because the difficulty was not target/the manufacturers fault !
