I should have listened to the other reviews saying it arrived shattered. Such a disappointment.

I love the style of this mirror! It elevates the look of my mantle. The wood is somewhat lighter in person than what it looks like in the website.

Like so many others, this arrived completely shattered. No option to purchase in stores so shipping was the only option.

Unfortunately it arrived shattered. Too bad because it is such a nice mirror at a good price.

Beautiful mirror!! I see others had issues with the mirror shattering during shipping. Maybe I got lucky but mine arrived in perfect condition and the packaging was great!

This mirror is a beauty. Unfortunately, you can't get it in stores anymore (though the vertical, tall version is always in stock in stores) and it now has to be shipped. This is where the problem comes in. The vendor ships the mirror but they do not put it in a box. They slap a label on the box that it's stored in, but that has no padding at all. Literally none. It's just a box that is maybe 1/4 inch thicker than the mirror itself, so of course it's going to arrive in millions of pieces. I tried three times. Target was so great about returning the mirrors and trying to exhange them, but even they were like, this probably isn't going to arrive undamaged if it doesn't have a shipping box. Order at own risk. Literally, I was cut the first time just opening the box.

I bought this mirror a couple years ago and have LOVED it. Unfortunately, my kids played ball in our house and broke it. I ordered a replacement when it came back in stock. But so far, I have had 2 mirrors be completely shattered by the time they got to me when shipped. It makes me so sad because I LOVE this mirror. Maybe third time will be the charm... But I just wish we could buy it in store!

This mirror arrived with broken glass twice!!

I ordered 2 mirrors, and they were both broken. It appears that they were not handled carefully, despite the instructions on the packaging.

Like many of the other reviewers, this mirror arrived shattered. I ordered a replacement (after lugging the box filled with broken glass to FedEx), and that one arrived even more shattered. This is a common issue I’ve had with breakable items from Target - you’d think they’d listen to reviews and spend a bit more money on securing breakable items to avoid the many returns and refunds! Disappointed this didn’t work out, because it would’ve been perfect in our nursery and the price was reasonable.

I recently ordered this mirror for my mantle. First time delivered I could hear the broken mirror glass inside the box, returned to store. Second delivery, met FedEx at the door. Driver didn't even take it off of the truck because mirror was broken. Ordered a THIRD one. FedEx never even delivered it because it was already damaged. I have ordered another on #4! I will keep ordering to see how long it takes Target to get it right! At this point if I ever get the item it should be free or deeply discounted. Only reason I gave one star is because review page won't accept 0 stars!

Ordered this and had it delivered TWICE completely shattered. The second time it clearly had very large footprints all over the box. I love them mirror and I think it would have worked fantastically for the room I wanted it for, but I won't be ordering again simply due to the fact that the item is clearly not packaged appropriately.

Ordered this twice, both times got damaged before arrival. Not sure if i should blame target or fedex but I’ve heard others have had the same experience. Packaging must not be secure enough.

Really pretty frame and design! Easy hanging and measuring instructions. However, I was slightly disappointed at the waving (fun house mirrow look) once it was hanging on the wall. I didn’t notice it when looking at the mirrow up close. Still, only being $70 it’s expected.

This mirror is beautiful and would’ve been the perfect addition to my home however it’s been delivered broken not once, but twice. The packaging is insufficient for the product leaving it high risk to shattering. Both times I received the mirror, glass rained from packaging onto my floors before even opening the box, so please be careful! I do not recommend online ordering of this product. The packaging is such a disservice to the product as it is a beautiful piece.

Arrived totally shattered. I don’t feel confident ordering another one and having it come here in one piece. Took awhile to get a refund and had to send pics to prove it several times which took up a nice chunk of time.

Love it! Was nervous about it coming broken based on the reviews. Came in one piece and is bigger/cuter than I thought it was going to be!
